Located in the core area of Qiantan, inspired by a "riverside cruise ship" design concept, opening October 2025. The architecture features fluid lines blending with the river view. The interior fuses Art Deco with Shanghai style, creating a high-end riverside sanctuary. It features 204 rooms (90% with river view balconies), high-end dining, and iconic social spaces, forming a luxury duo across the Huangpu River with the Waldorf Astoria on the Bund. APG leveraged full-lifecycle BIM to execute complex spatial designs with precision, safeguarding both construction quality and efficiency.
